This page handles two types of deletion requests under GDPR, FERPA, COPPA, and similar data-control requirements. Deletions are permanent. Once processed, the data cannot be recovered.

Member Account Deletion
Council Admins can request the deletion of a member account after removing them from the council. The request must come from an admin whose email domain matches the member’s organization. If the domains don’t match, the request is subject to a manual review.

Council Deletion
If you need an entire council removed, including users, settings, logs, Sages, and stored interview data, submit the request below. Council deletion is a complete purge and requires verification before we proceed.
