Ryan brings three decades of experience as an enterprise architect across aerospace, fintech, and health-tech. From Fortune 500s to scrappy startups, he’s learned what happens when the right person is matched to the right seat. Projects move faster. Teams stay aligned. Big ideas actually ship.

Alongside Kayla’s 15 years in leadership, they recognized how hard it is to find real talent, especially in startups interviewing for complex roles without deep in-house expertise. Those experiences shape SageScreen: a structured, fair, and data-driven approach to screening candidates with confidence.
